Delivery fees depend on your delivery address and your order. Any free-delivery offer that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay, so the price you see there is the price you pay for delivery.

Orders are delivered by our courier and postal partners. Where the carrier provides tracking, we will share the tracking details with you.

Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery option you choose. Any estimate we give is a guide, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carrier schedules, public holidays and weather.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct, including any unit number. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier's own procedures apply, which may include leaving the parcel in a safe place or taking it to a collection point.

Where an order includes items that need to stay cold, please arrange to receive and refrigerate them promptly.
