Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the GroceryBee website and to any order you place through it. GroceryBee is operated by Adyatec Pty Ltd (ACN 162 353 399), referred to here as "we" or "us". By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping page and Returns and Refunds policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We try to describe and display our products accurately, but colours, packaging and labels can vary from the images shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, or becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you before the order is dispatched and you can choose to cancel it for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy the products in it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud, and if we do we will refund any amount you have paid for it.

Payment is taken at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by our payment providers, whose own terms also apply to the payment.

We deliver to the areas and by the options shown at checkout. Delivery fees, any free-delivery offer and delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. More detail is on our Shipping page.

You can cancel an order by contacting us before it is dispatched, and we will refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for goods that are damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to report a problem with an order and how refunds are paid.

You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

The content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own personal shopping, but you may not copy or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always on this page. The terms that apply to an order are the terms in place when you placed it.

If you have a complaint, please contact us through our Contact page and we will work with you to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact your state or territory consumer protection agency, such as NSW Fair Trading.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest of the terms continue to apply.
